Scary and Exciting all at the same time

Long story short: I bought the house, i sign papers Monday, and my first Mortgage payment will most likely be on Sept. 1st

I'm too exhausted to talk about everything that's swimming in my head right now. Let's just say, I am overall happy with my purchase and I have confidence in myself that I will be able to successfully manage all the responsibilities that comes with it.

On to other things...I've read quite a few people talk about selling stuff on Half.com. So just now, I posted 2 things:

    Congratulations. Buying a house was one of the scariest financial steps I ever took. That passes, but the first night or two seemed very long.

    I am soooooo happy for you, post some pics if you can.I can't wait until I am able to purchase. Also I actually sell textbooks on half.com, with no problem

    Congratulations - Such a big step, and the title of your entry sums up the feelings perfectly.

    You'll need to change the name of your blog now, won't you?

    I've been selling things on Half.com for several months now and have been quite happy with the results. I'm not doing it to make money but rather to recoup money that I should have never spent in the first place, or to sell books that I just don't want to move.

    I only ever sold one book on half and it was a homeschooling book. Others here have had a better experience with them though. I let my account lapse because there was no activity.
